You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All Peony Crafts cards include free UK 2nd Class postage as standard. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days of purchase. If there's a problem, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Personalised or custom-made cards (including name or message changes) cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged. Every Peony Crafts card is individually handmade, so slight variations in layout, colour or embellishments may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of a handcrafted design and make each piece unique. Some cards include small decorative parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months due to potential choking hazards. For decorative use only. Where possible, packaging materials are recyclable or reusable. Some items may currently be supplied in clear cello bags for protection, which can be reused or recycled at some local facilities.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
