Just so you know, all orders will be send by Royal Mail 2nd class and will arrive to you double boxed. Inner box will be covered in hand- marbled paper with my logo and the cut out window to show the glass inside. In between boxes and inside the glass I will pack as much of bubble foil or other packing material as humanly possible. Both boxes and the packaging inside are made of recycled packaging in the name of sustainability.
All of the profit from every sale ( take Folksy/Paypal commission fees, postage and 1 pound per Item saved for materials for future projects) will be donated to charity of your choice unless you are not bothered- then it will go towards charity of my choce (most likely some place helping animals or premature babies as I find those two case close to my heart).

Full description
I was inspired to glass paint this candle holder by a contrast of black silhouettes of naked autumn tees against the late sunset sky. It doesn’t look like much when unlit, but when you lit it, the tree silhouettes suddenly showing like in magic trick and I really like that effect.
The candleholder is pained on a glass jar with top cut off and cut sanded off to the best of my ability. There is some layering going on- with bottom strip pained opaque black to resemble the ground, followed by a strip with row of small black naked tree silhouettes against the background gradually going from orange at the bottom through red and violet to dark blue, densely covered with golden dots resembling starlit sky.
The lantern would make a great Christmas or housewarming gift for someone or for yourself, if you want to treat yourself to a very special piece of home décor. It would add cosiness to any interior and light and colour to dark autumn evenings.
