About this item
A stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique. A heart design of 2 entwined hearts in elegant shades of silver. I've used iridised clear cut glass for the 2 hearts to give lots of sparkle and infilled with some rather prettily textured diamond cut clear glass. It is 15.5cm x 12.5 cm and hangs from a little silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart at either side. I've framed it with twisted wire for strength and neatness. it is would make a wonderfully bright addition to any room and an absolutely super wedding anniversary gift. It is totally individual and I am really pleased with this design. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique. The last photo shows this heart together with a red ruby version and a golden wedding also for sale as separate listings. I designed a very personalised version of this for a commission and realised it would make a lovely addition to my heart designs. I've made this more simplified version in silver thinking it would, as well as being a general love symbol, make a lovely 25th, Silver Wedding anniversary gift. It will also make an excellent 60th, diamond wedding present.
