A stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
Pretty little colourful butterflies.
I've designed these butterflies as mini suncatchers which you can hang from a plant or anywhere really as well as in the window.
A choice of colour with a matching coloured head formed by a dichroic glass topped nugget which I fused in my kiln.
Each butterfly is cut from 3 different types and shades of glass and all as pretty as real butterflies can be.
Instead of antennae they have little wire curls as this makes a very handy hanging point which also ensures the head and structure is very secure.
They hang from matching coloured ribbon and are 8.5 x 6.5 cm.
I post these Royal Mail large letter packed in a little organza gift bag in a prettily coloured Pip box which makes them ideal to gift.
