For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Each pair is carefully checked and packaged before posting to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to help find a solution.
