You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This handcrafted card is suitable to send either as a greetings card or a card to use for a gift. The inside of the card doesn't contain voucher corners, but is blank so you can write your own message inside, stick printed vouchers inside or simply slip your gift card inside the envelope with the card.
The design is made up of a snowflake layered stencil built up with blues and pinks, fading into purples where the layers overlapped, creating a unique tone.
Across the centre is an image of a pile of presents on pearlescent blue card and embossed in a darker shade of blue glitter.
A berry purple strip of paper sits across the centre of the card, carefully positioned behind the main design to make it look like ribbon. That same colour is brought to the foreground with the sentiment that sits at the bottom of the card.
The platinum ink sentiment reads 'Merry Christmas & Happy New Year'
