You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This handcrafted card is suitable to send to someone special for Christmas.
The design has been carefully assembled using a combination of pieces put together separately.
The main circular window is cut from a design fresh from the gel plate, combining blue distress ink and mica powder with a water spritz to create a cool, watery pattern.
There are lots of layers to this card, starting with a piece of kraft card centred over the green card base. The blue inky window reveals ombré blue glitter card.
In the left corner of the window is a sparkling, stand out poinsettia. It has been coloured traditionally and there’s added sparkle from embossing glitter.
Sitting in the centre of the card is a shimmery sentiment on blue card that reads 'Warm winter wishes'. We've left the inside of the card blank so that you can write your own message before sending.
