Spun Cotton is a vintage folk craft technique originating in Germany in the mid 19th century. It takes several days to layer and shape the cotton over a wire armature and then let the piece dry naturally. The spun cotton is then hand painted. The art is slow and fiddly but the outcome is rewardingly beautiful.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This little character sits peacefully atop a frame or on a shelf to keep you company. Made from spun cotton and completely hand painted, each one is unique. Hare has glass bead eyes and is decorated light tummy and feet and long ears. Measures roughly 7cm tall and comes in recyclable or recycled packaging.
