You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Red Velvet - my Christmas fabric inspiration bundle is full of vintage, pre-loved and factory waste textiles, haberdashery and trims. Ideal for embellishing Christmas clothes or making small craft projects, as well as slow stitching and textile art.
One of my larger inspiration bundles, there are over 40 pieces, including:
- Red velvet and gold velvet - from vintage curtains
- Vintage upholstery fabric
- Curtain and upholstery reclaimed samples - including tapestry, chenille and embroidered
- Vintage silk - including paisley print and dupion
- Wool fabric from a vintage blanket
- Quilting cotton offcuts
- Remnants of vintage and retro lace
- Ric-rac, braid and fancy trims
- Vintage and salvaged ribbons
- Antique and vintage buttons
- Vintage tapestry wool yarn and hand dyed linen thread
- Embroidery thread (new)
VINTAGE AND PRELOVED TEXTILES - I use items that are sadly too fragile or damaged to use for their original purpose, but they are still beautiful. The pieces in your bundle are carefully salvaged, but due to their age may have small marks or tears.
