Being a long time fan of Incense sticks and cones etc I was looking for something a little different with a more magical, mystical yet slightly quirky feel to it and thus The Wizard Gonk Incense burner/smoker was born ...Then on seeing him several friends and work colleagues showed an interest in having one too...and he's now become a staple seller locally.

Please note: As quirky as this incense burner is.. it is not a toy.. so please be sure to keep it out of reach of children and pets, especially when it's lit with an incense cone.. but also when not in use due to it's small parts.

An 'Enchanting' and wonderfully quirky Wizard themed handcrafted incense burner.
This chap was our very first original incense burner design which has become a firm favourite with our local customers, with his more natural and rather rustic woodland charm.
Each one's a little different as they're original designs and have been hand made by my partner (Tomcat) and myself (Catkins).
The main body and hat are wood turned from a piece of Ash.
He has a wooden nose and hands which carry his all important Spell Book and his trusty Wooden Staff, usually made from oak, sapele or another exotic wood.
His characteristic long flowing beard is created from a gorgeous white/grey faux fur.
A wood slice with a little incense stone (for incense cones) sits under the Wizard and once lit the smoke from the cone magically billows up through the main body and out through the top of his hat.
Each Wizard will come carefully wrapped in tissue paper in it's own box and with a FREE box of incense cones (fragrance will be random depending on what I've got in stock).
At present I have just two of these for sale here in my Folksy shop but I will definitely be making more. They make wonderful gifts when folks are looking for something a little different for any time of the year.
