Full description
Bottles and jars of monster potions and juices decorate this stylish alternative bow-tie. Perfect for gifting, (or keeping for yourself to add a dash of originality to your look when you next venture forth into the wide world!) Will fit any-one with a neck measurement between 11 and 18 inches.(28 - 46 cm)
The actual bow measures 11X6 cm approximately and the band is 2cm wide. Adjustable with black-metal hook fastenings up to 18" (46cm)
I made quite a few bow-ties from various fabrics; cottons, cotton/poly blends or linens and all fabrics I use have been pre-washed to prevent shrinking. For best results hand-wash or machine-wash delicate 30 degrees, preferably in a suitable wash-bag.
Do not tumble dry; air dry only.
They can be taken apart for ironing if needed but please take notes/photos of how you did it, step by step, so you can put it back together again when you have done!
Steam or dry-iron using a pressing cloth (I use a large cotton handkerchief for my delicate ironing) However, test on an inconspicuous area first, as depending on the type of fabric, a hot iron may make it shiny.
