Full description

Hand crafted ballpoint Pen made with genuine Dr Who Tardis wood from 1965 Peter Cushing Film "Dr Who and the Daleks". Certificate included. Gold and chrome pen fittings with black ink Parker refill. Made from pine wood section of Tardis, finished in wax and shellac polish.

The Tardis was made at Shepperton Studios as the model for the cast to walk out of onto the film sets. In 2009 this Tardis was rebuilt by the BBC Prop Department for use in children in need at the Leicester Space Centre with Jennie Linden, who played Barbara in the film. Jennie signed the inside of the Tardis below the Shepperton Studios plaque inside. it was sold as part of a charity auction in 2011 and remained in a private collection until obtained by he supplier of the pen wood.

The wood, and associated certificate, are sourced from a reputable purveyor of historic reclaimed wood, whose business has been running for many years. I have additional photos I can send from the supplier of the wood used to make the pen, showing further provenance for the wood. Just message me if you want further information on authenticity of the wood and I will provide it.

This is the actual pen you will receive, comes with free felt carry pouch
