Miss Acorn is so called as her nose is an Acorn cup, its quite a big one and I picked it up on a dog walk.
So, Miss Acorn has been made without a pattern - I drew her straight onto calico fabric and then stitched on the draw line - you never actually know how the doll will turn out. She has then been made up and the doll then painted with white acrylic paint, then sanded and given a light coffee wash. Her features are also painted and her hair is linen yarn. Her clothes are all cotton and the blouse has been distressed. She wears a pair of big pants for reasons of modesty.
Miss Acorn is about 50 cms from her head to her tootsies and is about 33 cms sitting.
She is sold as a collectable art doll and is not suitable for children.
