Full description
This matching needle case and pin cushion set comes in a choice of bold red and black checks, stripes and spots, or pastel blue and mauve floral. Both sets are already made and ready to send, and are one offs.
They are made with handsewn patchwork squares, then assembled using a sewing machine.
The needle book has 4 felt "pages" in black and red for the black and red set, and in blue, brown and beige for the floral set. The books secure with a coordinating button or toggle and a ribbon loop. The covers have a layer of interfacing to give some body. They measure approx 3x4.5 inches, 8x11cm when closed.
The matching pincushion measures 3x3x1.5 ins, 8x8x4 cm and has a handy ribbon handle. It is filled with a block of sponge.
