I use the Post Office for parcels whenever possible and they usually deliver within 2-4 days, if your purchase is urgent phone me and for a little more I can send next day.
I strive to recycle, the majority of my wood stock has been accumulated over many years, and in some cases donated, and this , I believe, helps to keep prices reasonable. To reduce my carbon footprint I make my own packages using salvaged cardboard - quite interesting as well!. The packaging tape and minimal bubble wrap sadly cannot usually be reused.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
An adjustable niddy noddy which allows you to set your own size of hank. Its all made from hardwoods for durability and I have left the arms untreated to avoid contaminations.
One arm is fixed and the other can slid to suit your need, I have marked the shaft so you can repeat dimensions. Its 52 cm long with arms at 18 cm. the knob has a nylon thread to avoid damage to the shaft. All made in my workshop in Hampshire... I can make these to suit your own dimensions as required, just drop me a line to discuss
