All Peony Craft items are handmade with care, so each one is unique. Cards are left blank inside unless you ask for a stamped sentiment. Returns are accepted on non-personalised items; buyers cover return postage. Custom/personalised orders can't be returned unless faulty. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days of payment. At busy times please allow the full 5 days, but I always try to post sooner where possible. Cards contain small decorative parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Each card comes gift-ready, presented in a white quality card gift box with a belly band hand-stamped with silver snowflakes and a 'Happy Christmas' greeting, with deep red velvet ribbon. Card is wrapped in soft silver tissue - the perfect keepsake card or festive gift.
