Hello and welcome to my shop.
I use recycled packaging where possible to post orders. Items are wrapped in new tissue paper and ribbon that can be reused. Bubble wrap and paper packaging around items is a mixture of new and recycled. I try to reuse cardboard boxes for posting where possible. I use Royal Mail 48hr tracked and aim to post within 24 hours of receiving an order. At busy times of the year it may take slightly longer. Please allow plenty of time for deliveries.
I have loads of vintage threads that belonged to my late Mum and ones that I’ve had since I did curtain making in the 90s. The metallic threads gave been in my collection since the mid 90s when I first learned about machine embroidery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This delightful bonbon dish is made from vintage threads. Some threads are metallic and add a little bit of sparkle.
This delicate bowl is firm enough to hold its shape and hold small items like buttons, thread or wrapped sweets.
Please do not get wet or use for unwrapped food. Not suitable for jewellery that is likely to get caught in the threads.
