If I find a piece of vintage embroidered linen that is past it's best, I salvage what I can from it and incorporate it into new items to be enjoyed every day.

Full description
I made this coin purse using fabric salvaged from a vintage tray cloth which was no longer fit for purpose. I think the little posy is machine embroidered. I backed the fabric with fusible fleece for stability and extra body and embellished the front with extra stitching, a heart shaped button, rose printed ribbon and vintage style lace.
On the reverse is a pink printed check and there is a key ring inserted into one of the side seams.
Lined with blue paisley cotton and has a beige zip across the top.
It is a flat style, measuring approximately 13cm x 9cm.
This item is ready to ship. I use second class post in order to keep postage as low as possible, please get in touch if you need it posted first class. Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper whilst I will use recycled outer packaging if possible.
