Full description
A lovely piece of black stretch velvet fabric with brightly coloured foiled speckles. This remnant measures 70cm x 30cm (approx. 27.5in x 11.8in). It's an unused piece remaining from a project.
The fabric has a lovely smooth surface and is a good size to not be described as a scrap. The foiled speckles really react to the light giving it a very glamorous feel. It's a lovely piece.
