Custom pieces are made to order. While listings state up to 7 days to dispatch, custom orders may currently take a little longer due to colder temperatures and increased curing times. I will always keep you updated if this affects your order.
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within two working days. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please note that screen colours can vary slightly. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve their colour over time.

Full description
Perfectly imperfect pink owl pocket hug keyring or bag charm, handmade from polymer clay and attached to a sturdy split ring with chain. This cheerful little owl is designed to be carried in a pocket, bag or attached to keys as a small reminder that someone cares.
Each owl is individually handmade in my home studio using my original design. It comes mounted on a Pocket Hug card featuring a short poem. The owl can be gently removed from the card, and the glue dot peels away easily if you would prefer to carry it on its own.
Perfectly imperfect detail:
This owl is from my previous Pocket Hug design, and I have since updated the style. It is structurally sound and fully usable, but I will not be making this exact design again. It is included in the Perfectly Imperfect event as a retired design rather than a flaw.
As each piece is handmade, slight variations in shape and expression are part of its character.
