Full description
This 3D streaky blue standing bird ornament is part of my Birds with Attitude collection. Each bird has their own unique personality that shines through with the choice of stained glass colour and funky hair styles that matches their special character. The collection was born from my own curiosity of birds. Although I have always been interested in birds and their behavior, my exploration of this part of natural world has been limited by irrational fear of birds which I’ve developed as a child and only recently have started overcoming by exposing myself gradually to those characterful creatures.
My birds are designed and handmade in my studio in Dunbalne, Scotland. These ornaments have been made combining traditional materials and techniques with modern design, making each of the birds a contemporary piece of decor which can add fun and personality to your interior. The birds look great on a windowsill amongst plants or perched on a shelf or a desk. They make a very unique gift and will be delivered wrapped in a tissue paper and plastic free branded packaging.
