I use the Post Office for parcels whenever possible and they usually deliver within 2-4 days, if your purchase is urgent phone me and for a little more I can send next day.
I strive to recycle, the majority of my wood stock has been accumulated over many years, and in some cases donated, and this , I believe, helps to keep prices reasonable. To reduce my carbon footprint I make my own packages using salvaged cardboard - quite interesting as well!. The packaging tape and minimal bubble wrap sadly cannot usually be reused.
I enjoy making things that can assist other crafts, happy to make to commission and as I use mainly salvaged timbers I can keep the costs reasonable

Full description
A lovely bowl to support your spindle, 9 cm in diameter and made using a mix of English hardwoods and finished with hard waxes for a great shine , I shape the bowl to encourage your spindle to self centre. The base is covered in cork . It also comes with a detachable handle so you can grasp it between your knees, I have finished the handle with a natural blue jute
The handle is 18 cm long
