I couldn't resist using this beautiful Fluorite cabochon in a ring, thankfully I have another one as I'm love with the colour so much. It reminds me of the sea on a tropical island, the sort of sea you can't help but flop into. This is a little drop of the ocean to wear when you can't be near it....

Full description
The Fluorite in this ring is absolutely stunning in colour. A rich sea green that you could just fall into. The perfect ring for someone who loves the sea in its turquoise faze in summer sun. I have made a band for it using a method called reticulation where silver is heated until it starts bubbling. This creates a lovely shimmer and frosting on the surface or the silver which I'm particularly fond of.
The ring is made using recycled sterling silver with a 10mm by 8mm green Fluorite cabochon and comes in at a size P 1/2 (UK) 8 (US). It is hallmarked for authenticity by the London Assay Office.
I have tried my best to capture the true colour of the Fluorite but on my pc it looks more blue than green, please be aware that it is a turquoisy green with blue hint rather than predominantly a blue tone. If you need more photos please ask.
I will put the ring a jewellery box to protect it during delivery and help you look after it. Silver can tarnish quite easily so try to avoid leaving it in sunlight or spraying it with perfumes, oils etc. This will ensure it keeps shiny for longer. I will also include a little piece of polishing cloth to assist in its upkeep.
