I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
12 x 4 inch squares of wool felt. These could be used in a range of ways including to make brooches or as backgrounds for greetings cards. The felt can be hand or machine embroidered, embellished with beads etc. The possibilities are endless!
The colours will be close to the ones pictured and include a selection of squares of dusky pink, cerise, apple green, duck egg blue, variegated pink/purple and forest green. You are buying one of the bundles in the photographs.
Made from vintage wool and wool mix blankets - there is a variation in the thicknesses.
The squares will be posted flat, rather than in a bundle, to keep postage costs down.
