I just had this idea to use sea glass bottle bottoms as stands with tree roots wrapped around them, I am hoping to make more soon with different colours of sea glass for their bases.

Full description
Small Old Wise Tree:) Made with sea glass found here on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, using soft soldering method (melting tin and copper alloy over various kinds of wire, in this case it was copper, brass and steel wires). I used a partial bottle bottom for the base, made its roots, the trunk and 4 branches from wire and drilled 3 sea glass pieces for the leaves. Lead-free. Blackened with black patina, sealed with Renaissance wax.
Size: around 5 cm length, 2 cm width (the base)/1.98 inch, 0.78 inch
