Buying from me

I use recycled packaging whenever possible but the item itself will be gift-wrapped. I don't have a uniform wrapping style though so each piece will be wrapped differently depending on its colours and size (anything from an organza bag to tissue paper to a jewellery box).
All my creations are sent by Royal Mail Second Class with zero postage (for the UK) and RM International Standard with additional postage (for the USA and rest of the world).

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
