Cotton bunting featuring alternate flags showing inquisitive seagulls on a red background plus red and white polka dots and red and white stars, all sewn onto white cotton tape.
Side One has four seagull-flags and three polka-dot flags. Side Two has three seagull-flags and four star flags.
