Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Bookmark made using kraft card and digitally purchased and printed, decorative papers. Measures 2 inches by 7 and a quarter inches (5 cm by 18.5 cm approximately). Handmade with intention, each one is unique, decorated for the season, with an inspirational word.
Delivered in a protective bag. Perfect as a gift for someone else, or a treat for yourself. Can be used to decorate a gift of books, or even a marker for your personal journal (see photo examples).
I hope you will appreciate that being made of card and paper, unlaminated, and with the likelihood of much handling, these bookmarks will not last forever, just like the elements in the natural world they are inspired by. In my opinion, a well used bookmark is a sign of love! But a worn out one is an excuse to buy another beautiful bookmark next season!
