I love collecting semi precious stones and wished to introduce semi precious beads into my jewellery making. I decided to make a collection of modern gemstone jewellery by combining them with polymer clay elements.

A contemporary pair of Rose Quartz drop earrings.
These semi precious earrings feature a 6mm Rose Quartz bead teamed with a handmade, grey polymer clay hoop. The grey clay has a speckled granite appearance.
The hoop and Rose Quartz bead are hung on silver plated earring wire.
Rose Quartz is thought to be a soothing crystal and symbolises unconditional love and infinite peace. Rose Quartz is used for the heart chakra. These earrings would make a perfect gift for those that love gemstones and semi-precious jewellery.
