I love collecting semi precious stones and wished to introduce semi precious beads into my jewellery making. I decided to make a collection of modern gemstone jewellery by combining them with polymer clay elements.

An eye catching pair of Rose Quartz and Mother of Pearl hoop earrings.
These semi precious earrings feature a silver plated hoop decorated with three soft pink Rose Quartz beads alternating with two smaller milky white Mother of Pearl beads. From the centre of each hoop hangs a handmade, silver polymer clay star, which has flecks of shiny silver foil on it's surface to catch the light as the earrings move.
The hoops are hung on silver plated earring wires.
These earrings would be perfect not only for those that love gemstones and semi-precious jewellery but also anyone with a passion for anything mystical or celestial.
Rose Quartz is thought to be a soothing crystal and symbolises unconditional love and infinite peace. Rose Quartz is used for the heart chakra.
