Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This birthday card has a nature theme in soft neutral tones and the messages Have A Wonderful Day and Just For You.
The card has a taupe script patterned background paper and has been overlaid with a square of soft pink and white scroll patterned paper in the bottom left corner.
A square topper with a sepia printed image of a bird, flowers and butterflies has pops of pink in the flowers and the message which reads Have A Wonderful Day. This has been raised from the background on foam pads.
Three taupe card 'buttons' with an off white floral pattern have been added in the bottom left to complete the design.
Inside the card is a strip of matching taupe script patterned paper with a square message with the words Just For You. Plenty of space has been left for your own birthday message.
The card measures approx 14.5cm square, it comes with a white envelope and is packaged in a polythene bag and board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
