All orders are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24, with expedited production time, is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A clutch of four mini speckled ceramic eggs sculpted in stoneware clay and glazed in a variety of matte and gloss finishes. Each egg is approximately 3 cm long. You will receive a random selection of four eggs of different colours and choose at checkout whether you want them to come with or without hooks for hanging (hessian thread provided). Please note, if you select to receive your eggs without the hooks added, there will still be a visible hole in the top of the egg as per the photos (the hole is required for the glazing process!).
The eggs are presented in a paper nest as shown in the final listing photo; no invoices are included so all shop items can be sent as a gift direct to recipient, with a message on gift tag. Items are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, option to update to Tracked 24 available in my shop.
