I love birds and fabric, I also discovered slow sewing recently which is a great way to use up scraps and relax whilst creating something beautiful and unique.

Full description
I have loved birds since I was little, I also love sewing and fabric so I combined all these things and created a fabric panel featuring a beautiful blue Jay.
The panel measures approx 10x15cm, has been professionally printed on to a cotton satin mix fabric, is washable and is easy to sew by hand with a fine needle.
I have added a fusible iron on layer to the back of the panel so you have the choice of sewing or ironing the images to your work.
The stunning bird sits on a branch surrounded by berries. A perfect panel to use in your textile art, or make it into a lavender bag as a gift. Sew other fabrics around it and make it into something bigger like a cushion or a tote bag. The choice is yours.
