I had made a chopping board and a friend who is an avid sour dough baker asked if it would be possible to adapt it as every time she used her bow knife it was blunting it, so we came up with this design

Full description
Hand made specialist bread board, ideal for sour dough and home made crusty bread, this board has a dedicated groove and edge so as when cutting your homemade bread your knife cuts through the bread and slices cleanly without blunting your knife on the surface of your board. The board is made from reclaimed oak and finished with food safe natural beeswax from our local hives. (Knife not included)
