You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This is a beautiful and unusual ukulele casevwith a silky, purple satin lining and special, soft hand-made internal binding.
It is decorated with fibre art in the form of a piece of freeform crochet in shades of purple. This particular piece was made by my mum and she has incorporated hand-crafted traditional dorset buttons and some beads. It is really stunning and will never be replicated so this case is truly one-of-a-kind.
There is a handle on the side and a 3cm (1.25") wide, long, adjustable strap on the back so the bag can be worn over one shoulder or cross-body and it is easy and comfortable to carry. It has a long zip closure around the base and up one side so it opens wide.
The case is designed to fit a Tenor ukulele. It is light-weight and padded so it will add some protection as well as glamour but it is not meant to protect your uke for travel or rough handling. It will not take the place of a hard case on a plane, for example.
