You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment via PayPal or card. All items will be carefully wrapped and posted 2nd class within 3 days of cleared funds. Please let me know if an item is urgent & will endeavour to esculate delivery. I pay a lot of attention to the presentation of my work but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied I can arrange a refund. The item would need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Fused and lamp worked hanging glass bird with daisies and pretty pink flowers.
This gorgeous little bird is a mini work of art and no two are the same. It has had two firings in the kiln and the detail is made up from tiny pieces of lamp worked glass with sparkly elements of dichroic glass.
It is approx 7cm x 4cm and hangs on a length of organza ribbon.
I can include a personalised message on a little note should you wish - just let me know when you place your order.
