I love the variation in the type of Holly & Ivy that is grown and seen particularly in Winter. The contrast between the shapes and forms inspires me to recreate these plants as a felted picture/ wall hanging. The idea of bringing nature from the outside into our homes is also inspirational.

A hand-felted holly, ivy & berries artwork crafted from merino fleece.
This unique textile piece captures the festive British landscape, with holly, ivy & berries created using the needle felting technique. The foliage is ‘painted’ with wool, felted into a soft natural wool base with details added to bring out the characteristics of the festive foliage.
Every piece is completely handmade and one of a kind, making it a beautiful and bespoke gift for nature lovers, gardeners, or anyone who loves the soft texture and warmth of textile art.
