Festive Felting

Hi I am Alex, owner of ‘Feltfestivealex’. I have always had a passion for using Textile processes in my making. My favourite for the past 2 years has been hand felting using merino fleece. I find the manipulation of the fibres using the needle felting process very therapeutic and exciting. I love the use of colour and creating different shapes & forms interesting.
Christmas has been my most recent inspiration. I love to try new ideas for Christmas Decorations and enjoy the challenge of making different designs e.g a quirky piggy in blanket or slice of Christmas cake to a traditional snowman or robin.
