Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Czech Pink Glass and Bronze Vintage Style Floral Necklace Set -
This charming jewellery set is made with a collection of pretty Czech glass flower beads in two shades of pink. Each flower bead has tiny glass flower beads and topped with small bronze beads. The necklace also includes small green glass leaf beads.
The set is completed with a pair of matching Czech glass blue earrings. The necklace is finished with a bronze effect chain.
The necklace is 43cm in length and the earrings are 4.5cm in total length.
