Full description
Striped woven fabric in the shade of blue we associate with faded denim jeans, together with a dark indigo and white. Soft with a lovely drape, this is ideal for costumes or dressmaking, as well as general craft making.
Quarter, half or full metre options - 2 metres still available
The stripes go vertically (parallel to the selvedge) and the weave of the dyed yarn means the front and back look similar so can be used either way round.
It has a fairly open weave - giving it a beautiful texture and the ability to fray the edges if that suits your design choice. Due to the linen content, it does crease a bit, but not as much as pure linen.
Composition: Mixed - this feels like a linen, cotton and rayon mix.
Width: 147cm / 59 inches
Care - not specified. I'd recommend you test a sample for colourfastness and change to handle, and shrinkage - especially if tumble drying.
SHIPPING - this item will be posted Royal Mail Tracked 48, but you can add my T24 upgrade listing to your order if you want quicker delivery.
Part of my personal de-stash of new unused fabrics, I bought this a couple of years for a skirt that sadly never got made. It has been stored in a cupboard away from dust and sunlight.
