Hi and welcome to Born Again Bears. This name began as the first bears I made were as keepsakes and memories, made by bringing precious items back to new beginnings as special bears to cherish.
I enjoy making all different types and sizes of bears and indeed mice and have enjoyed becoming part of the Folksy family as an outlet for this.
International postage is a new area for me and I will happily combine postage. Please contact me for a price for this and I will do what I can to keep the cost as low as possible.
A bit of a challenge to see how tiny you can go while keeping the detail.

Full description
Lily is a 6 inch collectable bear made from a beautiful Ivory coloured Mohair fabric with cream coloured velvet paw pads and ears. She has shiny English glass eyes stitched in to sculpt her face and embroidered nose and claws. Lily has a nut and bolt joint in her neck and is thread jointed in all limbs making her fully posable.
Spud is Lily's special friend and she takes him everywhere. Spud is only 2 inches tall and made in exactly the same way any other bear is with separately made parts thread jointed together so he is just as posable as Lily. Spud is made from a light brown mini fur fabric giving him a lovely soft furry bear look and feel and has velvet paw pads. Tiny black Onyx beads stitched in and embroidered nose and claws - a very fiddly activity making bears this small as you can imagine!
To dress the bears I have knitted them each a lacy scarf 2 ply for Lily and split to 1 ply for Spud.
This pair have had a lovely adventure through my Flower Fairy book and seem to have made friends with a few fairies on the way.
As collectable bears they are not suitable for young children but great in a collection.
Lily and Spud will be wrapped in tissue paper and safely packed in a clean reused box for sustainability. I will post via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
