If you have a problem with your order, please let me know by message or email within 14 days of receipt. You may use the standard cancellation notice on Folksy's site if you wish. Please return the item undamaged in its original packaging, within 14 days of notifying me of the cancellation. Once I've received the item or proof that you have despatched the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price and your original postage costs.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A matching set of six vintage silver-plated tea or possibly grapefruit spoons, each handstamped on the handle with a single insulting rude word and housed in a vintage velvet-lined box (probably not their original box). The wording runs vertically down the handle.
For adults only, and then only if they have a rude sense of humour! If so, this makes an ideal gift for a housewarming, stag party or wedding or just a treat for a sweary tea or grapefruit lover you know. Or they could be used as small dessert or ice cream spoons.
Size: They are approx. 15cm long and have slightly pointy ends. The lettering is coloured with non-toxic, water-based acrylic ink. Gentle hand washing is recommended to prolong the pigment life.
Please note: This is a set of vintage items that have been pre-owned. You will receive the six spoons and the box shown in the photos. Please therefore study the photos with care and note that the spoons aren't perfect - they have wear marks, lots of scratches and some plate loss. The box is somewhat old and battered but the latches still function and the hinges are reasonably sound... anyway if you don't want to keep the spoons in the box, it would make a wonderful photo prop or perhaps an upcycling project.
