I love freeform shapes in nature, especially those made by multiples of the same flower. I've tried to replicate this in silver and gold - initially starting out with a little cluster of silver petals and a gold ball on a stalk in the middle.. and have made a series of pendants - this one has 5 clusters.

Full description
All of my Anemone pendants start off life as a single Sterling silver cluster comprising of 8 petals with a stalk in the middle topped with a 9 carat gold ball.. looking a bit like anemone flower.
I then create more of these and this particular design is the result of combining 5 silver and gold clusters together in a wreath shape, soldered in place on the reverse onto a Sterling silver ring. A happy coincidence is the flower shape in the middle hole that the petals naturally make... this wasn't intentional but it adds to a really pretty and unusual design - delighfully organic and freeform and yet structured to make sure the gold balls are evenly spaced out. I've used 2 jump rings instead of a tradition bale to echo the round shape of the pendant.
Each of these pendants are freeform and each one is slightly different to each other. It's been an interesting experiment creating this Anemone range as when i add more and more clusters, the design keep on evolving. More anemone pendants coming to my Folksy shop very soon!
