Last orders for Christmas midday on 17th December, to be dispatched on 18th. Orders placed between 14th and 17th December will be dispatched with RM tracked 24 as standard (no uneed to pay to upgrade), and I am aiming to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering too! Last physical orders will be dispatched on 18th. I have also added a pin email gift voucher option if you miss the deadline!
Orders placed after 17th December will continue to be dispatched in 3 working days, but are unlikely to arrive until after Christmas.

My soaps have all been safety assessed by a cosmetic chemist and comply with UK cosmetics regulations. I am also a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
Standard postage for orders of individual soaps is Royal Mail 2nd class, applied at checkout. Gift box prices include Royal Mail 2nd class postage as standard, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional fee.
Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about postage or dispatch times (if you’re in a hurry, we may be able to dispatch the order sooner, but please check first).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Maybe you’ve not had time to find that perfect gift, or you’re just not sure what they would like? A gift voucher is what you need! These are emailed, so available to purchase at any time, and will be delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of ordering!
Gift Vouchers available in denominations of £10, £20, £30. Other values can be arranged on request.
The voucher will be emailed to you as a pdf file, which you can then either forward or print to the recipient.
Vouchers are redeemable against items in the White Waves Cornish Soap shop on Folksy only, and can include the associated postage & packing costs.
Each voucher will be issued with a unique reference number, which I will keep on file to protect your purchase to guard against loss or fraud.
Vouchers can be personalised by adding the recipient’s name, your name, and a brief message. Please add these details when checking out in the options boxes, or you can email me/ use the contact me button immediately after placing your order.
The recipient of the voucher makes their choice from my shop, and can redeem their voucher by contacting me through email (details on voucher) or via the contact button on the shop header.
The voucher can be spent across multiple purchases. If the purchase exceeds the value, this can be paid separately.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for one year after date of purchase. Only available for delivery to the UK.
