To make sure your purchase arrives in time for Christmas please place your order no later than 18th December. This is for UK delivery - dates for international Christmas delivery have now passed. I'll still process orders after the 18th but they're unlikley arrive until after Christmas.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Ideal for when you want to keep your message short or need some pretty gift enclosures.

Orders are shipped once a week on Thursday or Friday via Royal Mail with tracking as standard for orders over £6 in the UK. All international orders outside the UK are sent fully tracked.
