Full description
I love to design and print fabric. This kit is for you to create a hanging doll decoration approx 10 inches tall, made form professionally printed cotton satin material.
With proficient sewers in mind. I have designed an image using a mix of public domain images, hand drawings and photo editing to create a beautiful hanging decoration. As it is a mix of collage art and a doll, I have called it dollage.
The main panel shows a beautifully dress figure in a hand drawn dress with photo edited grey lace. Her arms are made to look like riveted paper doll arms, her head dress is full of stars which she is also surrounded by. Behind her is a collage of more stars and moons in an antique gold shade, which were originally charms, and also photographed diamante brooches and collaged those.
You will receive instructions(photo and written), main fabric, backing fabric, elastic(if you want her to sit a top your Xmas tree) and ribbon(for hanging) and stuffing. There are extras of wings and a "With love" sentiment. I have added an extra option of adding more delicate net wings (not pictured). All of this is boxed, so perfect to give as a gift.
