I use the Post Office for parcels whenever possible and they usually deliver within 2-4 days, if your purchase is urgent phone me and for a little more I can send next day.
I strive to recycle, the majority of my wood stock has been accumulated over many years, and in some cases donated, and this , I believe, helps to keep prices reasonable. To reduce my carbon footprint I make my own packages using salvaged cardboard - quite interesting as well!. The packaging tape and minimal bubble wrap sadly cannot usually be reused.
Interesting project and I enjoy the decoration to make each one individual. I can make these to order to suit your sizes and colours

This is a Nostapinne or could be used as a Distaff, hand turned and stained in earth colours to give it a unique appearance then finished with acrylic polish and wax finish to leave it very smooth for slipping yarns on and off. 30cm long, average 22mm diameter with a whorl of 45mm
