Christmas orders - most of my items are ready made and can be sent within 24 hours (please check each listing for dispatch times).
Orders placed up to Friday 20th December will be sent Saturday using Track 24, which aim to deliver to most UK mainland addresses the day after posting. I also offer optional Special Delivery in my upgrade listings section.
Orders placed over the weekend (21st and 22nd December) will already be upgraded, and posted on Monday using Special Delivery.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This listing is an upgrade, to be added to your cart so I can send your purchases by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY, guaranteed the day after I post it.
NOTE: Some of my gift items already have this as an option within the listing, please don't add it twice.
This service requires a signature, so you will need to be at home. It is tracked - you will get updates to the email linked to your account, and you have the option of adding a mobile number for texts.
This listing covers the difference in cost to upgrade to Special Delivery.
It only needs to be added once for each order - not per item. It can also be used with my Direct to Recipient upgrade, just add both to the basket.
PLEASE NOTE that these delivery times are AFTER I have posted the item. All of my ready made items are dispatched in one day (24 hours). Please check the dispatch time for each listing, or message me if you are unsure.
