Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with an expanding range of sew it yourself kits.
I post Tracked 48, but please contact me about an upgrade if you need your parcel sooner.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
If you are buying for a special occasion, I can send your parcel directly to your loved one, beautifully wrapped with a message on your behalf on a handmade tag or a lovely printed card.
PLEASE NOTE - if you just want your parcel sent to another address without a gift message, you don't need this upgrade, just send me a note with your order. However if you want to send a gift message, add this listing to your basket before ordering.
I will wrap your gift/gifts in coloured eco-friendly tissue and tie with yarn or ribbon, and attach a lovely hand made tag suitable for the gift, with your message carefully hand written on it. Alternatively you can choose one of my printed cards featuring my embroidery - these may be more suitable for a longer message.
Your wrapped gift will be placed in a cardboard postal box, or a composable mailing bag for larger gifts.
I post your gift to the name and address you provide when ordering, using Royal Mail TRACKED 24.
Standard dispatch for ready made items is 3 working days - if you need it sent out sooner please contact me and I will see if I can help.
As the buyer you will receive the usual Folksy dispatch message, however you can choose another email for Royal Mail tracking details if you prefer.
