Last few days for Xmas Shopping! Folksy is packed full of fabulous gift ideas and of course SPOONS are at the top of my suggestions list - they are long-lasting, planet-friendly, practical, postable and the perfect gift for just about anyone.
Personalised spoons are now off the menu until next year (I’ve been advised I need to take a break from hammering) but there are lots of readymade options to choose from whether you’re looking for something festive, funny, romantic, rude or just plain daft! Postage is always first class and always combined no matter how many spoons you buy.

Full description
A hand stamped vintage silver plated (well, formerly silver plated and now very worn) 12cm coffee spoon with the words 'I'M OLD, BE KIND' in black lettering in the bowl. It's an 'apostle' spoon with a little robed figure on the handle terminal.
This listing is for ONE spoon. You will receive the spoon shown in the photographs. The lettering is coloured black with a non-toxic, water-based acrylic ink. Wash carefully by hand as the colour is not indestructible - the lettering, however, is stamped into the metal and should last pretty much as long as the spoon does.
Please note this is a vintage spoon that is very well-used and has lost a lot of its original silver plating. This spoon has been around a bit and has character. It's a survivor. If you were looking for a mirror-finished brand new spoon, this isn't one. Just so you know.
